Congratulations on your engagement. Now it's time to go to work and plan the wedding of your dreams. With a little preparation (and a sense of Humor!) Is not there a need to act like a Bridezilla.

Here is a checklist to help you keep your sanity.

9-12 months before the wedding

Announce your engagement.
Plan what type of wedding you-formal and informal, day or night, number score
Choose a wedding day.
Determine your budget debate who is responsible for the costs before you have any plans responsible. You should also your parents and prospective parents in this discussion. Remember to treat them with respect. The money they offer is a gift!

6-9 months before the wedding

Select Wedding Dress
Choose your companion Maid / Matron of Honor, Best Man, bridesmaids, porter, Flower Girls and Ring Bearer
Select a photographer
Choose bridesmaids dresses & accessories (Remember to be kind and) listen to their suggestions and concerns.
Choose a caterer (if necessary)
Hire a band or DJ
Book your florist

4-5 months before the wedding

Schedule fittings for themselves forgotten and carers (Do not waste your flower girl)
Reserve any rental items needed for the ceremony and reception
Finalize guest list
Order stationery – wedding invitations, thank you Notes, wedding programs
Address invitations or hire a professional calligrapher
Plan rehearsal dinner – set the date, time and location. (The Dinner is typically reported by the parents of the groom.)
Provide accommodations for out-of-town guests.
Honeymoons with the planning (usually start Groom makes these rules, after you decide both where to go.) Remember, no passports or travel documents You need to visit individual case.
Register for gifts.
Buy Shoes and Accessories (Do not forget your shoes break before the wedding)

2-3 months before the wedding

Order wedding cake
Order party favors
Order all necessary decorations
Make your wedding day for transportation (if needed)
Buy wedding rings
Visit write lawyer, or wants all the necessary pre-nuptial agreements

5-8 weeks before the wedding

Buy Gifts for wedding attendant
Mail invitations (one card for your guests in finding the ceremony and the reception is to be a supporting websites good idea).

2-4 Weeks before the wedding

Confirm ceremony details with officiant
Arrange final fittings for your gown and bridesmaids dresses
Make final selection of floral
Finalize rehearsal dinner plans
Confirm all details with service providers – It is a good idea to make them a written list of your wedding day timeline.
Contact guests who have not yet replied to your invitation
Pick up wedding rings
Meet with your photographer to discuss specific photos that you copied.
Confirm meeting with your DJ or band, the music you want played
Remind all participants (male and female) and when to pick up her wedding dress.
Buy a special accessories or make-up you want to wear your companion.
Determine ceremony seating for special guests (give the list) to the supervisory staff.
Reception seating plan and write Names on place cards.

Hold On …. Your almost done! Last Week

Pick up wedding attire
Figure definitive assessment of the amount and share evenly
Make sure that "get-a-way" car from the front
Revising the timetable for events and last minute deals with all service providers.
Confirm honeymoon reservations
Pack for your honeymoon

Take a Breath ….. It's finally here …. Your Wedding Day!

Give rings to best man and maid of honor (if no ring bearer)
Give the best man money to pay the officiant after the ceremony
Relax and have fun! Their hard work and planning paid off.
